An embodied experience with Peppermint leaf
I've found Herbal Impressions to be a potent practice for reconnecting with my body, my senses, and my intuition. The following practice is one I use often myself, especially when I'm having a hard time getting being in my body, and one I give many of my clients for homework.
Before beginning your meditation today, you'll need to brew a cup of peppermint tea. Use whatever you have available, loose or bagged tea.
Steep your tea for 5-10 minutes, then strain. You'll want to have about 15 minutes set aside for this practice.
